For the purpose of processing personal data, Shfll may engage data processors and/or, at its sole discretion, hire other persons to perform certain functions on behalf of shflldating.com. In such cases, Shfll shall take necessary measures to ensure that such data is processed by the personal data processors in accordance with instructions of Shfll and applicable GDPR and or CCPA legislation. shflldating.com shall also require the personal data processors to implement appropriate measures for the security of personal data. In such cases, Shfll shall ensure that such persons will be subject to the non-disclosure obligation and will not be able to use this information for any other purpose, except to the extent necessary to perform the functions assigned to them.

Payment Information: We collect certain payment and billing information when you purchase certain paid Services through our payment gateway partners e.g (RSVPify). You might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which RSVPify will collect and store via their secure payment processing partners.

Shfll websites are intended for use by adults, and strictly prohibit use by those under the age of eighteen (18). Credit card authorization companies receive the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process a transaction.

Deleting Your Information and Content. You can request us to delete your posted information and content. To do so, send an email to hi@shflldating.com from the email address associated with your account, requesting deletion.
Location Information. We collect your location when you first register for an event. You can control whether other users see your location after initial log in through your operating system's settings. We may still use your location (such as for security or advertising purposes) even if you choose not to display it to other users.
We do not "track" your location, but we do collect location information from your device or browser when you log in or use our Services, such as when you visit a particular feature that uses location. In addition, as with most location-enabled applications, we and our third-party partners may access your location any time your device is on, whether or not you are logged-in to our Services. But we do not share your precise location with other users.

Payment processing and Payment Processor
Payments made on the Shfll website are made through RSVPify payment gateway provider. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to RSVPify which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to RSVPify is not within our control and is subject to RSVPify’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions. Note your payment card details are not shared with us by the provider.
Data Security and Storage
We use industry standard security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information. We will store and maintain your personal information for as long as necessary

Deletion of Content from California Residents
